When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We’ll then contact you to confirm the order and arrange delivery.

Now and then an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description is clearly a mistake. If that happens we’ll let you know, and you can change or cancel your order.

We may also decline or cancel an order — for example, if we can’t reach you to confirm it.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping and any tax that applies are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Prices can change from time to time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

We take cash on delivery: you pay for your order when it arrives.

Croshina Home gift cards can also be used at checkout. Any unused balance stays on the card.

We’ll confirm the delivery date with you by phone or email. Shipping costs and how delivery works are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Please give us an accurate address and a phone number we can reach you on. If a delivery can’t be completed, we’ll contact you to rearrange it.

You can return items free of charge within 14 days of receiving them. How to do it is explained on our Returns page.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Reviews help other shoppers, so please keep yours honest and about the product.

Reviews may be checked before they appear, and we may decline or remove any that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product. By submitting a review, you allow us to show it on the site with the name you provide.

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece accurately, though colours can look a little different from one screen to another.

If we make a mistake with your order, tell us and we’ll put it right. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for delays and problems caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights the law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
